Title: Fork 'n' question?

Ok,if you got a pair of 1 1/8 threadless forks can you cut a thread on them? and will it take it anywhere near 1 inch threaded? ???

No reason why you couldn't cut a thread on them, but it'll be 1 1/8" of course :daumenhoch:

lol...so youve got a 1 1/8" piece of pipe then u turn a thread on it..and its now near 1"

1 1/8" forks will go in a headtube made for 1" forks

you can use then forks as non threaded with the right headset bits daz

if you are after some forks i got some 1" threadless forks from billys, they have 3 different types & they are all new school super stong forks.... this will solve your problem, they come with or without brake lugs & the same for pegs

forgot to say, if your skint you can buy a shim which fits onto the thread part of your forks so you can use a clamp on stem...
