big big money.
i think the biggest of recent times.
i'll start the guestimates off at 5k us.
-
what.....you mean the BIN price of 5k USD? ;D
-
holy cow,the holy grail of cruisers
-
just going to check if I got six numbers on Saturday......still don't think I could pay $5k for a F&F no matter how rare... :idiot2:
-
If I had that money available for another cruiser, I'd hit the 'buy it now' button
I think its a very fair price considering the rarity
-
Fooking lovely. It's the only cruiser that would make me build one.
-
Hubba Hubba. If I had a Pro Star spare i'd sell it and buy that for sure :) but I dont! ::) heyho

Can you ever imagine the tortious slow death the wife would inflict if I did . . .
Do proper bragging rights come as standard with this bike?
-
Dinged up and no serial number sounds a right bargain :idiot2:
You need your head testing if your going to spend $5000 on it no matter how rare it is.
bodamus.
-
ya can still see some of the serial number on it, and i'm sure someone could sort out that dent get it lookin nice

I wonder if it was bought by Juan the BMX Addict or does he already have one?
-
Juan already has one
-
not Juan.... (he didn't bid on it..)
I wonder who did though??
-
been following the thread on bmxmuseum, think it may have been someone on there, someone posted it had sold then he just posted a smiley face nothing more, he's the number one suspect, ah well we can all go back to thinking about realistic bikes again now and no more pipe dreams, christ if i had bought that frame and my missus found out i know she would have left me no questions......
-
Interesting F+F ;)
Juan already has one
Jeff Haney's old one .
-
how many exist?
I think I read somewhere that Skyway only made 6,...... and currently only 3 are known to have survived?
-
i read 12 were made for the team riders, not sure if we'll ever get the exact number though and how manys left, i would have thought ed at colored tuffs would have tried to buy it so he could do re-runs of the frame like the retro 20" bikes, ah well maybe next time. not!!!!!!!
-
5k, where's my welding torch :-X
-
:LolLolLolLol:
-
Skyway made 12 of them back in the day. That's all. I owned one of them until 1991, when 4 theives took it from me on my way back from the races one day....... I raced mine for years..... It was THE longest bike out there at the time...
