What is the best method for removing the anno from a wheel rim to create a shine side without making a balls up of the anno on the inside of the rim ? Thanks  :)

I would say start  with 800 quid wet and dry on a rubbing block, to minimise the risk of going over the 'corners', then go up to 1000 grit, 1200, then 1500

Cheers

Nath , Mr costa is right imo , you want to start with something a bit coarser than 800's , use a sanding block like weeksy said too to keep it flat  ;)  I can see a resto thread ' before and after' here Nath  :daumenhoch:
