Dye em with either Dylon or Rit - will come out looking like new  :daumenhoch:

Wouldn't matter, they would come out the same colour all over.

Dunno which red is the closest match - never done anything in red, only black, yellow and blue  ::)

yeah i did my blue ones using Snav69's method......get yourself a large bucket (wicks do them rubber ones for about £7) then get yourself a steam wallpaper stripper from Argos (£20) this may seem expensive but you've got em for anything in the future........fill the bucket with enough water to fully cover the rims plus a few inches for good measure, turn on the steamer and when it's spitting steam out of the hose...stick the end into the water (this will get the water nice and hot and keep it at a good temp) then stir in the salt and dye (i used 3 tubs of table salt and a whole box of Rit dye)...give a good stir and when the it's boiling away bung the rims in and leave them for a few hours if you can (keep checking the water in the steamer) and then bobs your uncle!   :daumenhoch:

I re-dyed my red ones using rit much better than Dylon (and easier to find)

You need to keep the solution warm.

And keep checking them for depth of redness (if thats a word)

They will come out "redder" than they were BITD but mine were looking too pink

Dont forget to boil the fook out of em at least 3 times so the person lacin em up has little or no chance of getting the wheels perfect .
