Anyone know the typical weight of powder coating on a frame?
(I know there will be many variants, such as size of frame, thickness of coat, but typically- what's the weight? 4 ounces? half a pound? )
Many brands appear to advertise their frames lighter than they are. Some point to finish as the discrepancy.
I've certainly weighed a frame once which was heavier than advertised (it never seems to go the other way though ???
