Title: Is this a Tuff Neck Stem?

This came with a powerlite pro (which i think is from 86)

looks like a early-ish 1 but don't think they ever come with a chrome shaft and wedge is defo not tuf neck so more likely some sort of copy :-\

tis the bolt setup that threw me-got it with some powerlite bars in the deal so still happy

Ginny used to sell those Tuff Neck copy stems.  It should have KALLOY stamped on the shaft.  They do polish up nicely if you remove the paint. :daumenhoch:

Was a bargain  :daumenhoch:  had a little punt on it myself, not a tuf neck, but they are earlyish powelite bars.

I think the bars have been cut though as they are only 26 wide-came with a tange 300 headset and a sealed bottom bracket.
