Title: Bleaching copy Skyway pro pads
Post by: chichi on June 11, 2010, 09:03 AM

I have a pair of skyway white copy  pro brake pads, they are a little off colour due to age.
Has any one tried to bleach white pads before?
I am a little concerned as the compound on the copies looks softer than the originals that I have.

I have bleached a pair of skyway tuffs before with neat bleachwith no probs  and wondered about watering down some bleach to try on the pads.

Let me know ya thoughts peeps.  :daumenhoch:

That does sound like a safe route, got a feeling the bleach would just eat away into the pads..  ;)
