hi peeps.... im thinking of running the brake cable through the stem and then down inside the forks and back up to the calliper!
iv'e not got the cables yet, so just checking first before i buy them, will i need to use a rear cable? :daumenhoch: cheers waz

yep, rear cable works best, just trim off the excess.

get a powerglide cable or a teflon lined one :daumenhoch:

I always use a Rear Linear for running through a Pots mod and lube it with some Teflon or Silicon grease prior to installation :daumenhoch:

if you want to stay era correct then a DC cable works just fine! don't forget though, whatever one you end up using....when you fit it, cut the outer to length and put it in place, then squirt a load of WD40 down the top of the outer, this will form a nice little puddle in the bend at the forks and keep things lubed up nice and smooth :daumenhoch:
