Steve & his partners were the original distributor of Northwave snowboard boots many years ago. They then moved into the logistics business and at the same time bought a lot of nos bmx/skateboard stock from Shiner Ltd in Bristol. I visited their offices/warehouse a few years ago and had nosey around. They had a gold Trick Star ll propped up in a corner. Yeah, all genuine, sound blokes.

Steve at Skatepool's a top bloke  :daumenhoch:

Had a slight issue with some tyres i bought from him , he just said i will get you some replacements in the post today, he did  ;)   I said what do you want me to do with the ones you have sent ? . His reply was ''keep them as riders''

Good to see 100% customer service is still alive and kicking in some businesses  :4_17_5:

I bought a stem from Urban X about a week ago and it turned up within 4 days  :)

I've bought from  Steve at Skatepool , he had a stock problem ( delay) but notified me immediately

, great communication and courteous . nice bloke

Rudewheels Emma , started off well years ago , but ended a nightmare with their customers before finally stopping trading

I had a to start a PP dispute to get money back  >:(

good riddence  :D
