Title: Can anyone on RAD weld a gusset on a frame?

YOYO,

Is there any decent welders / metal workers on RAD?

I'm looking to get a head tube gusset welded on my new school frame (as the frame is paper thin and the trails are massive)   

A paying job etc.....
