Title: Copper Grease

Would copper grease be suitable for headset & bb bearings or would normal be more suitable.... ;)

i would say you could use it, but normal grease would be just as good....

my guess would be no.Suppose the tiny particles of copper in it may prematurly wear the bearing races.  :-\

copper grease - anti-seize for assembly, bearing cups, threads etc

white lithium - lubrication, bearing races etc

big no to copper grease for that just use a standard grease.

As rodgy says - Lithium Grease for ya' bearings  :daumenhoch: Silky smooth  ;)
Just in the process of servicing all my bikes with it  :)
