Title: Cinema wheels/rims
Post by: kevin rettie on July 14, 2010, 12:25 AM
Looking at some cinema wheels, are they any good? (They come as standard on some of the Verde bikes)

Thanks in advance.    :daumenhoch:

What year and model of Verde are they coming from, if its from an 2010 High end model then go for it but if its from the lower end of the Verde range then just walk away...

Cinema wheelsets are available as aftermarket complete wheels, and are really nice. Double walled rims with sealed hubs, and not bad for the money, though it's worth looing at the Proper complete wheels as they are a similar price, similar colours, but a little more tried and tested perhaps.
Im sure Dave at radbmxshop can sort you either.

Thanks guys, I just saw a set of 2010 completes and they looked pretty reasonable price wise... just wondered what the catch was lol

They're on Verdé completes, because it's their parts company.

They have some serious street heavy hitters on the team http://www.cinemawheelco.com/ (http://www.cinemawheelco.com/) so I'm sure they'll handle any abuse you can throw at them.
