Title: What frame is this, Haro ?

I think its a Revo with some aftermarket forks. Been told its not a Master or Zippo. Just got a Zippo frame myself and either useing a pit bull or I do have the bosses to weld on for a center pull, no one seemed to want to help with the welding though ?
