Just because it had Redline decals on when you bought it doesn't make it a Redline...

as a rule, the down tube should be flush with the bottom of the bottom bracket.

mmm Theres some POS on aussie ebay being passed off as a Redline too. Why do people put Redline stickers on every piece of crap they get?

I spotted that one too, emailed the guy telling him it is no Redline .


I have another Redline MX11 in the blue the same as the above pic, can anyone tell me what colour it is ? Mine sort of looks metallic blue.

thinking of getting it painted as the rest of the components are good, but the paint is a little tatty.

i painted the blue one above with a vauxhall metallic colour

spray can job. go to halfords, you will see the colour i mean in the rack

I had a orginal complete Peugeot MX 500 and was the same frame and also with a Tange fork!
But maybe such frame sets were sold under different brands?

its from Woolworths, i kid you not.

its a chromoly frame & forks, it came with arayas, 3 piece crank & dia-compe brakes.

my dad bought me one (i never forgave him) because of the spec. & ordered kuwahara decals all the kids around our area never knew so if anybody is from the chester-le-street, co durham area the truth is finally out

i understand if everyone wants to ban me from the site but can you imagine i have had to live with that for over 20 years, not anymore

got 2 real kuwis now though, unfortuantely my dads passed on now, but i am sure he is pissing himself laughing

I did that with my Dp Delta.I dont think i'd ever seen a real Redline in the flesh an i used to race a bit,so i was sure as hell that none of the local kids would know the difference. :D Marvellous
