Noticed the above more and more these days :2gunsfiring_v1: usually newbie members with hardly any posts what you tink?
-
i think its a good idea, it means we have more people wanting stuff from site supporters and if the transaction goes smooth the non site supporter would proberbly be inclined to become a site supporter when they have stuff to sell
it gives them a chance to see how buying/selling works on rad before laying out £10 to join and then they wont get a full 12 months site supporter tag as it only lasts till april
-
I would like to donate but im finding hard to do it, lack of information reguarding this.
-
see here on how to donate :daumenhoch:

:) On one hand I agree with Kev S,the other I`m a bit wary of dealing with newbies/non-supporters. :daumenhoch:

GRASS!
-
thing is there is no risk when a site supporter answers a non site supporters wanted ad, the site supporter will get paid via paypal personal gift before he sends the item so no chance of being ripped off
its not like a non site supporter selling to a site supporter then not sending the item and disapeering from the board
we should be encouraging as many people as possible to use rad and i think having the wanted section open to non site supporters helps this and hopefully will make them keep coming back and joining in and contribute towards the upkeep of the site :daumenhoch: :daumenhoch:

Waiting till next April get me a full year......yep im a tight ass! lets be honest who has got any spare money when you have this hobby!
-
would a newbie buy a tag only to post a wanted ad? i doubt it. Restricting buying to supporters is no good, as long as you can PM a seller. I guess that as long as there is no way/ to restrict that, the notion is anyway for the cats. Whats lost if nothing is changed?
-
i think everyone should buy a tag, great sites like these don't run themselves :yahoo_silent:
-
One could have course set a rule to selling only to potential buyers who have posted dib dobs, but why, if the organisation doesn't seem to care?
-
Im gunna sign up next year but it's not so i can buy or sell let's be honest even though fleabay has its fee's there is more of an outlet there also there are many other sites pinkbike, craiglist, preloved, loot etc which you can sell with no fee's come on you cant tell me all the users on here only buy of here!.
Thinking there needs to be another way to raise cash funds for the forum, i wish i knew what............................

Monkeybat, sorry mate, Billy and Dave are both away this week so you might want to drop Stodgy a pm and ask him to help but as has been said he is busy.
