Picked this up at MK over the weekend

Although it has Titan stickers as you can see it looks to have been repainted at least once

The Serial appears to read - UN1063 or UM1063

Also does anyone have any forks I could use on this, it takes a smaller 1" headset so I'm not sure whether regular forks fit these?

Regular forks should fit but you'll need a road headset with smaller diameter cups.

No idea on the frame though, it does look nice and very different; maybe JJ might know  :-\

Yup - but it looks like someone else did their worst 1st.....

I poped a handle bar stem on the seatpost and put it in the vice then turned the frame around a few hundred times
