Title: Hub identification help
Post by: southern andy on August 11, 2010, 08:59 PM
Hi,

I was looking for something different hub wise for my next build as i didn't want to go down the suzue route so i
bought these hubs off ebay a few nights ago, whilst they were marked Bullseye i sort of new they weren't.

Now that they have arrived in my hands i'm more than intrigued. They are very very nice.

I've been on that martin website to try and match up but am struggling.

http://martinbike.jalbum.net/Bike%20Builder/Hubs/index.html

They are totally unmarked by any manufacturer and they also have sealed bearings along with the little locking collars you see on Bullseye hubs.
They are so smooth to spin aswell. Smoother than any of my other hubs.

I thought they may have been Suzue sealed hubs but i have a set here at home in black and the flanges are a totally different size. These are bigger but obviously smaller than Large flange hubs. They are also quite thick in the middle of the hub where the bullseye sticker is.

Have a look and see if you can identify them.
