Title: Cruiser gearing question

so... if a 20" bmx is 44/16, and therefore 25/9 gearing -
what is the cruiser equivalent? Ta!

mine is 41/18 closest i could get to 44/16

so what does that translate into with smaller gearing? with a 10t or 9t rear cog? ta!

is that taking into account the different wheel size for cruiser not 20 inch wheels ?
im kind of thinking gearing with lkarger 24 wheels is 2.277 ish instead of the 44/16 which is 2.75 ish

may be wrong but thats what my head is telling me as i read this .

Nah dudes, 23:10 on a cruiser is the same as 44:16 on a 20".

I'm a major geek for gearings and suchlike - although I don't like changing mine really.
Yup Greg, cranks look sound, cheers dude; I haven't done anything with them yet though  :daumenhoch:

42 18 is good dont no how that would translate run 32 14 once didnt like
