Title: S AND M SERIAL NUMBER HELP.

i've just stripped my old frame down to start to clean it up with a new coat of paint and thought i'd just see if any of you lads knew how to sort the serial number out as i've never seen it before as it was covered up with layers of paint and dirt..
its on the inside of the left rear drop out (CXLKU9B0129)
its also got a big C on the tube behind the bottom bracket.
i was told it was a challenger.

Challenger Pro XL...Possibly a 99 model.

I know that the "CXL" represents Challenger XL but the rest of it is a little confusing but I saw a 9 in there so I thought it may mean that your frame is a 99 model.

I didnt think you could date an S&M by its serial if its pre-2000
