Title: Stuff received this morning and not mine

I received a used 44 sugino chainring today and inside the jiffy was another jiffy bag which says BB whivh i take is a Bottom Bracket.

As far as i know, i haven't bought these things. It was sent recorded but no return address or sender.

Anyone shed light?
