Title: My Thrashing Days Look Over (Bike That Is )

 :'(  :'(  :'( Just got the news that I have an enflamed achilles tendon in my right ankle  :tickedoff: It is also locking and cracking a lot  ::) this is due 2 me damaging both sets of ankle ligaments three times each over the years  :uglystupid2: due 2 this I really badly wear my heels on my shoes all twisted 2 the outside edges  >:( This latest pisser added 2 my recent torn shoulder tendons, and my long term back problems are pointing me away from riding my beloved MRD's (really missed riding at MK this year )  :yahoo_silent: If its the end which I think it is the only plus point would b turning my rider Pro into another show bike . But that is going 2 b scant concellation 2 me really  :'(

Take some time out to let your body heal, dont start riding until next spring, see if the 6 months off helps it all heal.
Its worth giving it a go, its a hard pill to swallow knowing that retirement is permanent.. :daumenhoch:

my shoulder is fooked at moment and i cant ride. really want to get back on it but want to take few months off to make sure it heals properly
