Title: Foam for pads - where can i get it

I need new foam to go under the pads as someone has replaced it with pipe lagging on my latest aquisition, anyone got any ideas where i can get the right size foam to fit the top tube and handlebars??

thats what on it now and it doesnt fit [roperly :( do they do different sizes?
