Title: stem help please

i have just tightened a stem into some forks and the stem kept moving sideways in them got tighter and tighter but never stopped slipping a tad under pressure.
i carried on tightenning the stem bolt then bang the bolt snapped completely.??????????
got asnother one that i know is solid off me brackens did the same and still couldnt stop the stem moving in the forks.weird any ideas guys

og i need new stem bolt and wedge too lol

Is the stem right down. That will normally sort it out

yep for sure and i have tried 2 different stems !

What is the size of the whole the stem is getting inserted into.  It isn't to greasy is it? :coolsmiley:
