Lovely bikes to ride those, built one up for my kid when he's bigger, I ride it occasionally to stop it seizing up, well thats what I tell him!  What type of chainwheel you looking for, a spider/chainring setup or a solid one similar to what is on? I have a nos 44T GT stamped chainring in silver for £15 posted, lmk if interested :daumenhoch:
Heres the GT.

Theres a bit of mid school fever going on  :coolsmiley:

Nice to see another GT getting brought back to life  :daumenhoch: love the crank on yours.

Its a bit of a regular moan from me but I'm a big fan of amber wall tyres... all black tyres look styleless to me... IMO anyway! so thats the only bit I'd change... you can get some cheap Kenda tyres on ebay... I've got them on my Vertigo that I've just finished - my frames from the year before yours - they did some radical changes from 97 to 98!

Nice vertigo Ed.... :daumenhoch:...i also agree with you on the tyre's and the only reason they are still on is because they are origanal gt performer tyres so i wanted to keep everything 100% origanal and GT.....but after looking at your pics the fully black tyre's kinda kill the magz a little....the next big spend will happen at the end of this month so i will keep updating the pics as i change the parts....
