Title: Ebay buying rules once again

There was thread on here a few weeks back about ebay terms regarding buying something cheap and the seller not letting it go. Here is the opposite (if you dont pay up that is) I quote from the item description , 'Payment : All items will be paid for within 7 working days from end of sale, Failure to comply with this condition will always result in county court action'.

i'm sure one of ebays new rules are that you have a 7 day cooling off period in which that time you can change your mind  :crazy2:

ive come accross this seller before, they had a nice early 80's goose frameset and forks, but the lack of description, the bad feedback and the fact the pick up location wast specified as anywhere other than 'central england' really  put me off
