Title: The rebirth of Hersden began 10/10/10 .....
Post by: Humps00 on October 11, 2010, 03:31 PM: .... and got off to a cracking start despite the track not fully dried and only finished off on the Friday. Nine riders in Old Skool and I'm sure someone will come on here and give you the results. Lots of speculation and concerns about the new track but personally I think it came through with flying colours. Found this on YouTube, so those that weren't there can see what the track is like now and you can draw your own conclusions
. Even the younger riders seemed to get on well with it despite their skinny tyres all but disappearing in some of the ruts. Next race is Saturday 16th October so why not dust off the old TA and get yourself down there to try out some Kentish hospitality and fun - grassroots racing at its best. Humps

The cruiser racing was top notch and i had a blast puffing my way round in the 17+ with picnic pullen,joe stupps and mr uttley :shocked: seriously though you would be mad not to have a session or a race at the new hersden.

Big shout to the guys riding old skool :daumenhoch: there were scraps all the way from 1st to last and billy omer grabbing big air :daumenhoch:

Come on geezers everyone moans about no old skool in the south but its down to all the individuals to make it happen,look how it was a few years back :idiot2: the northern lads can manage it so why can't the south anymore :-\ Stop sitting on here moaning about the wife and kids and tell em your gonna some innocent fun every now and then :angrysoapbox:
