Title: Feedback Mechanism
Post by: brettypeeps on October 13, 2010, 11:11 AM
Seeing Mario on here getting some grief yesterday.

It was mentioned about building reputation what about introducing some sort of feedback mechanism.

Could be simple like at BMXMuseum +'s & -'s

might not be feasible just a thought

Might not be so easy with the type of forum engine we use but will look into it.

May be possible to do it another way though  :)

yeh its a good idea that on another forum i go on they have a sticky in the for sale forum called "sellers feedback thread"  where people who bought stuff can post e.g. "bought a set of wheels off so and so and they were as described and posted safe " and i think that would boost confidence when buying stuff just my 2 cents worth

That may well be the way to go - although rather than a sticky it would be a child board and within that there would be threads entitled with the members name - otherwise you'd be trawling through one massive thread to find out about one seller.
