Yeah, you'd think you might give them a coat of paint if you were going to ask that much.

HEY NOW!  :police:

This was meant to be a serious thread about someone trying to get loads of money for some 90s BMX tat. You keep your silly chat to the other parts of RAD where you talk about people trying to get loads of money for 80s BMX tat!

They are a bit pricey but i'd probably have em if i had the spare cash...  :-\

Was offered a mint set last year for £160 posted off someone on ere but passed on em thinking they were too dear... wish i'd bought em now....  :idiot2:

Hardly ever come up for sale, how long till the next set come along?

Hard to find stuff for mid school builds, parts werent manufactured in anywhere near the volume of eighties stuff, very thin on the ground

And it all got hammered to death....  ;D

So what generation are those cranks then? Are they 3rd or 4th? What year would that make them?

Also was the BB just a standard Profile non-hop-up BB? What size spacer did they take? Finally what decal should they have and where could one get one?

Cheers

-I think the are mk3: double pierced arms with a "profile" spline spindle (the "easiest" ones to find).
There was a veriation on the mk3. For a while they came with a smaller bolt so the spindle was thicker.

-They took a normal profile style BB but with hex bolts. The spacer would depend on what cups you use I guess. i dont know what size came with the cranks

-There was only ever one PE decal, or they came with an "S&M so-calif" yellow oval. PM me about stickers if you need some.

Oh yeah. The first ones were out in 1994 and it didnt take long for them to get up to the mk3s.
They were all done by 97, so prob 1995-6  :-\

Ive got PA cranks on quite a few of my bikes, but they are all 1" frames.
Not era correct, but what else am I gunna put them on?

Ive got an old dig mag from around 95? perhaps, with PA cranks advertised with normal S&M sheild decals on the back of each arm (may have been custom riders) instead of the PA decal or oval decal
