Title: Happy days...riding again.
Post by: Stodgy on October 18, 2010, 04:19 PM: You've probably all seen the RADBMX Shop/Nike 6.0 Tunnel Vision Edit we filmed in november, the boys were fooking rad.

We also had Fred Murray there taking pics.

It's been over 2 years since I rode ramps due to all the problems I've had with my back, I was told by the doctor I would never ride again at the time.

Amazing what giving up the office job and concentrating on my health and the shop can do:

It's been a struggle to say the least, I have 2 degenrative discs & 2 herniated (slipped) in my lower back. Painfull is an understatment!

But, if I can touch my toes, I can ride that day. Simple, but seems to work. Just got to watch the sideways movements.

You wouldn't believe how good it felt to ride for the majority of the day at the Nike session. It was a definately a personal victory.
