Vintage Star Wars doesnt have to be that expensive to collect. For less than a half decent BMX costs to build (i.e. £600-700) I recently collected a full set of 100 mint loose and complete vintage Star Wars figures. From farmboy Luke to Yak Face and everyone in between. Bought them individually or in small lots over the course of 2 months during the summer.
Its the fourth time ive put together a collection, my original set as a kid, early 90's, mid 2000's and this summer.
Those AFA graded figures can add anything between 100% and a 1000% of what an ungraded figure will set you back. Massive rip off. Imagine having a set of NOS 401's graded and cased in plastic. Would you pay anymore for them? Me neither...

what's 'AFA Graded' mean with the Starwars figures ? i ask cause i've got a hell of a lot of Starwars figures (vintage) all in excellent condition and all with original weaponary (no re-pop weapons but all original ones) all my Starwars bits i have are from my childhood btw
