Title: Brake rub removal ideas......
Post by: bert4142 on November 19, 2010, 09:50 PM
I have a set of white tuffs but brake rub is bad, got worst off with razor blade, lifted it and picked it off.

Any ideas on the easiest way to get rid of the rest , is there a magic chemical ?????

cheers

Bar keepers didn't work for me, I think it must depend on your brake blocks, i'd had a pair of radshop clear blocks on mine, wouldn't touch it, started to scrape it off, then got bored, had nice clean hands from the BKF though!!
