Hi guys got a supergoose 3 uk and was wondering what headsets i can use also got a opc with mongoose stamped in the arms is there any way of dateing it

Anything to do with Goose's ...........have a word with Bobafett on here.......if he's doesn't know then no one will :daumenhoch:
You can normally get Goose stamped headsets on the US bay

mongoose stamped headset if you want to go factory spec.
Usually a few on ebay.

your crank, although stamped mongoose....it's pobably a sugino and should have the year stamp on the middle bit. could be wrong though

Most 165mm goose stamped cranks are sugino made, 175mm & 180mm Takagi made and there are later HT goose stamped cranks that are possibly made by SR.

thanks guys just wanted to know that i could use a normal headset if i didnt have a goose one havent got any pics of the crank yet but it has a solid chainwheel on it so im guessing it may be midskool

just took a look at the crank its got mongoose cr-mo stamped on the chainwheel side arm but not on the other also has taiwan and js175cr in the middle the chainwheel is solid black in colour with silver scratch effect on top and bottom have taken a pic but cant remember my photobucket account

cheers bobafett guess i mite have to use a normal opc instead how do i get the chainwheel off which way does it undo plus any tips on good colours to use for parts and do i use just a rear brake i remember bitd a friend only had rear brake on his goose
