It's Christmas, Royal mail are rammed and the weather hasn't helped neither. Plenty of roads still closed up North.
I'm sure your parts will turn up soon enough.

I have had a few digs at the posties in the past, Yes there is some bad apple's and they all get tarred with the same brush. But the postie round here delivered twice the other day and the second time was at 6:45 pm.
He was walking round with a light on his head, Quite a sight really as he had a turban aswell :LolLolLolLol:

Only missin g a parcel from the states which was posted on the 13th of November :-\
To be fair , I've recieved about 15 to 20 parcels by post in thtille last month ,, but I've seen a few people at the local GPO pick up who have been waiting days for things to turn up
The usual reply is" It could take upto 2 weeks"
Sheer volume and bad weather to blame :(

My NOS Pro Neck chainring turned up from the states last week after about 10 days so they do make it through! :)

Got parts through Yesterday from mainland Europe.
It didn't seem like much of a delay but the Postie at work today showed us a pic on his phone of mail he had to leave behind :shocked:

Exactly.
Up to a week ago i averaged 1 packet bag a day for delivery which is pretty standard for a delivery, i'm now averaging 5 packet bags a day. It's horrendous at the moment, thankfully i have a van, sod using a bike.
No thucker is ever in as they're at work and didn't think to get their stuff delivered to their place of work then they have the audacity to moan whilst stuck in a queue at the local sorting office trying to collect it. They'll also moan if the postie doorsteps their stuff to save them going to the sorting office which in hindsight is actually helping them out. I even had someone moan on Sunday morning because i got them out of bed. And yes i did say Sunday.
Happy days. :idiot2:

I have had no problems with royal mail. DHL have give me some problems though. They take your money then tell you they are not going to collect. They all went out this morning thankfully. Hopefully they will all get there :4_17_5:

Haven't had post at our house for 2 weeks now, despite the snow melting on friday and the bin-men making it down the road to collect, the lazy fookas haven't ventured down yet...
The snow is now gone yet no post saturday or yesterday still. I wish I had a job that I didn't have to do if it snowed a bit!

i got some of my bits from a delivery driver for xmas pressies all kids stuff every packet had a 2 inch hole in
so you could see what i had bought em .cheeky feckers soon got on the phone to complain as the wii and ds xl was missing
arrived 3 hrs later of same driver reckons he didnt see em in his van
