Hi all,
Ordered/paid for the current issue of fastlane racing mag on the 12 of December and still haven't got it yet!
I've emailed the team through the website but have not had a reply in 3-4 days.
Are they having problems?
I've bought every issue up to now and feel a bit let down :(
anyone else having a problem with them?

I ordered my issue around the same time and got it in a few days.
If you are a member of BMXTALK you could try PMing them on there?

Got mine within a week. Try contacting them through bmxtalk, I think they had a few issues with this... erm? issue ;)

Hi Telelogic
I expect this has been sorted out by now, but thought I’d reply as we do value you and everyone else who supports what we are doing.
Most people actually do get there magazines within 2-3 days and we always use first class post, but believe it some do go missing, as it seems yours may have. We always have proof of posting so we can vouch for these mishaps also Mother Nature can sometimes play a part too.
I honestly can’t believe every issue you have ordered has taken 2 weeks to get to you... Does your postman ride a BMX? I heard Tim March moonlights for the PO… Only joking with you but my mum does the mailing and not because she’s my mum but she really does a Grand job.
As for replying to your email, the last 6 days I was lucky enough to have a much needed break from fastlane so haven’t been able to answer any emails in the last few days, 2 of those days where the weekend anyway. I am now back and catching up with email as we speak.
As for us having problems and people having problems with us, I would generally say most people think we do an outstanding job for such a small team of passionate people.
I hope you will continue to support us in our quest and we can get this problem licked as we are all good guys wanting the same things.

While I’m here I will mention fastlane really is growing with Distributors in Belgium, Sweden and of course the UK. The magazine really has gone global with successful orders from all around the Globe.
Now that’s got to be a good thing!

have double checked this morning as regards to the 3-4 days in replying
it seems we received your email on Sunday the 16Th and it was dealt with on Monday the 17Th
Our response was to send you a replacement magazine with our complements
I'd say that's pretty efficient
Also your original order was also sent out on the day you ordered it back in December as
I have checked that out too.
Anyway not a problem our end and i hope this is all cleared up at your end now too.

got the mag yesterday.
I do however take exception to being told that I got a fast reply! (I didn't) and that I'm in some way at fault?
I buy this magazine in-part to support UK bmx and the folks who put the thing together. Given that (I assume) the mag has a small circulation, I would have hoped that a little loyalty and/or gratitude would be shown to those of us who are regular costumers :rant:
