Title: What is this? AKISU/Tange/Stratton/Aero???

What breed of dog is that? My neighbour has a Dalmatian/Border Collie cross which looks exactly like yours - His is as mad as a box of frogs though...

Its a 'Dollie' :-X let us never speak that name again... Dalmation Collie cross... he's called Floyd... aka the 'Regal Beagle' :)

in the end we said it was a AKISU and Tange like made - higher end welds and better tubing

aero shark and norco were made by Akisu

mine will be a custom job but going to have AKISU Decals 8)

but that it might not be a Pro cat but one of the others ? they may have had different drop outs due to different styles - race - street or freestyle as such !

what made me think AERO DESTROYER was probably:
Moza on bmxmuseum identifies a bike that seemingly looks like Ed's as an Aero Destroyer (Bogusbob posts same? kind of bike and provides a pic of the REAR BRAKE BRIDGE =====> Ed -and Moza- should be able to confirm if his/their bike has the same 'button')

forks are the same bladed style

geomitry looks the same

but there is no under gusset holed plate on his - mine has

his decals read mk II AERO - mine i can't work out the out line left ? but could be aero ?

so who made the AERO - company ? frame most likey AKISU made

On the AERO company --- difficult matter, as there seem to be less than 12 people who have actually even only HEARD of this brand. However I have managed to locate a person who i believe is the ONLY person on the ENTIRE PLANET who has actually seen and owned an AERO DESTROYER bitd !! :shocked: ---- his name is Si, he lives in a secret place and, yes, he actually is a member of radbmx, where he known as 'back to the burner'. I have contacted him (PM), invited him to enter this thread, where he is expected to appear within a couple of days......... :yahoo_silent:

=> Ed's might be an MKI ?

info that at least not supports the stratton thesis: this bike's recently been sold on thebasy as a stratton super aero, which would mean another stratton typical drop

I'm holding back on pics as I'm having some custom decals done with Del... bit of a gag on the fact is not 'totally' aero... ;) then I'll wack it up.

I was trying to stick with baby blue / chrome but black is sneaking in now :angel:

Ditto for me as well. I have asked Del if he can produce what I have an idea for and he said yes so I will be getting them asap from him. Will have the deals before the bike is done by SBD ::) .

brought another one the right size 8)... I needed 21.1 and I had 22.2
