i been looking at that too bill.
got me stumped. would like to see what the welds were like.
forks drops look familar

Looking at the drop outs and the shape of the rear brake bridge(including the location of the serial number on the bridge) i'm wondering if it might be a Powerlite.

Brake bridge leans towards a Powerlite as do the rear dropouts  :daumenhoch:
