Matt, I'm not 100% sure they are CW Genuine  :-\
On the chroming side they can be a complete bitch to get the chrome inbetween the twin cross tubes....mine are now being done for the 4th time as they are still not right...Mindyou you seem to know a decent chromer... ;)

If i get mine back form the shop I'll check the angles for ya  :daumenhoch:

and don't forget Raleigh did a copy twin bar used on a couple of different models

and as far as i remember the twin bars sit like SC top bike bars (taller) but the bars are a bit smaller looking at them than the one's in the picture
