Could be a jmc standard long
His best bet is buy a certificate off
Jim Melton on eBay and he will tell him

i'd hazard a guess at a standard short...
looks little.

he has been in touch with jim melton who has now confirmed it as a long standard from 1983, he is now polishing the life back into it but its missing the left crank arm, can anybody help locate one?
and whats the crack with those bars? :-\

single crank arms do come up - mainly on usa ebay or try your look with a wanted add on here. Get some nice race bars for it and then its :smitten:
