Got this at the weekend, can anyone tell me more about it and what its worth please?
I was told its a 1984 Aero BMX, frame number is 84092978, mags are "Great" possibly made by Far Great Plastics industrial co ltd,
Brakes are MX but also have Ulmer on them.

Yes it is a Karmann Ghia, its not mine nors the van, pics were taken at my b.fs dads workshop.

I got hold of something like this the other day... hardly any decals on it though so harder to ident - interesting info on these aero frames though in the thread :daumenhoch:
( I had a Karmann Ghia a couple of years back... a beauty :smitten: she had to go when the family grew :'( )

hi there ;) do the forks say Akisu on them ?
can we see a couple more shots close up of welds - brake bridge - rear drop outs
is the top tube round and the bottom tear drop ?
track certified - is that not MT RACING Decals ?

Ile try and get some more pics up tomorow, i dont think the forks say Akisu, i looked all over the bike for a make!

The serial number was underneath the bottom bracket?!? (where it normaly is)?!?
The forks had nothing written on them but i can 100% confirm Popedante's id was correct it is a Stratton Aero :) as i found this sticker....
