I can't remember where I found this but I'd love to get hold of the whole ad and / or the magazine date / details.
It'll be helpful to date the Tange logos used. Also any pics of those frame decals (if they ever existed in that configuration) would be awesome.

I think the Tioga Catalogue is more likely a bit later than 1980 but it's the only other place I've seen those Charge decals ???

I'm now thinking the decals probably didn't exist and it was only laid out like that in the ad for illustration purposes.
Found some unusual decals for the forks though:
