Title: What bike is this serial number for?

 HB16700118, Wasn't sure really, just wanted it clearing up

I have a Hoffman with a HB serial, put a piccy up, if its a Hoffman, it'll be pretty recognisable.

My first thought was it a Hoffman, but it doesn't really look like one
