Title: mongoose cali..tweaked
Post by: rollin72 on February 17, 2011, 04:51 PM: built this a couple of years ago, changed the bits i didnt like
twin pinch cranks changed for a sugino 1 piece
kkt pedals changed for acs stoker pedals
gt layback changed for a straight gt post
seat clamp changed for a dc twin bolt clamp
dc 901 brakes changed for a dc 1020 and straight lever
kusuki stem changed for a sr stem

,when you keep hold of bikes for a year or two
and then just buy the odd thing now and again as they turn up for sale on here .

Proper fine tuning and although no drastic colour changes are made , a few wise changes ,transforms an okay sort of build into a stunner .

You did it on the DP ,, now on this pretty piece

im glad i didnt sell them as they've turned out mint, im happy with this build now..i just wish i'd done it right 1st time :D
