Hi peeps, I'm restoring some shimano dx pedals for my dp freestyler build, can anyone tell me if tey were available in white, also if they were should the pins be painted or Pushed in afterwards?
Cheers in advance for any info :)

Cheers for the response guys! BMXaddicts had a white set on ebay a while ago described as nos, but i've never seen another set or any old adverts for that colour ???

gonna do mine white. as they were painted id be surprised if they never came in white. i cant remember them but i could say the same about 50%+ of the parts i know now
-
Yeah, maybe i will do 'em white for now! I'll probably end up changing the whole black and white theme anyway-it's already looking a bit imperial stormtrooper-ish :D

The Red , gold, and blue were a clear powder coat, like paint only seethrough to get the silver alloy showing through making them look like anno. closest match has been a glass paint or a tamiya clear blue spray.
Black were flat spray but the Shimmano was silver . the silver were coated with a silver non opaque powder.
Never saw white ones that i remember.
