Is it possible to restore these rims to as new condition and replace the white lettering to the sides?

Cant remember what they were made of...some kind of plagy so restoring them is probably a nono

anyone got any sensible tips  :daumenhoch:

i dyed a blue set that was faded back to their original colour with dylon

came out a treat

good to go.they can be cut in any colour.

Cheers guys, what about any scuff marks from the brake blocks, can these be sanded away or removed with anything

those stickers look the business  :4_17_5:

ive done about 30 sets as dave said dylon in the little pots salt hot water let em soak.the pad marks i use the flat edge of a stanley blade dont cut it just drag back and forth   u can use wet n dry different grades .

you say youve done about 30 sets, where did you find them all? i dont seem to come across many

hope they arent repro decals

the old school bmx detective will be on to you.

before you know it, he will have informed the rest of the western world that you have an old school sticker factory churning out forgeries like there is no tomorrow.

i just won a pair of rims only of the bay i payed £42 delivered to me add on about 6.50 for delivery to you
not sure of there condition as they wont be hear till mid week if they are good i will let them go for 48.50
and i will throw in some white stickers for nowt if interested if not no worries dan.
