Title: Another Skyway question.
Post by: skki3330 on February 26, 2011, 10:48 AM
I have a nice pair of red Skyways that im going to use on my next build but they have ground in dirt, I have tried a bit of wet and dry on them but no matter what i do they just look stained and dirty.

So question if i dye them red will the staining still show through?

As with anything the final finish is deamed by the preperation, get a steam cleaner on it turned up hot !

Wait untill the missus goes out

Then chuck them in the dishwater one at a time ,on the longest cycle

With detergent in there

Then get it out while it's hot , and give it a good going over with a pressure washer

Or as stated with a steam cleaner

+1 on the dishwasher,   take note of the gay pensioner's first line though  :LolLolLolLol:     i got busted ,left a seat in there  :knuppel2:   :LolLolLolLol:

you could also try servisol switch cleaner the oil based one not the isopropal one  spray it on the grubby bits and let it soak in a bit should bring the dirt to the surface done this on white set prior to the long cycle in the dishy

EDIT   that auto name change fookin brill   pmsl    :LolLolLolLol:    :daumenhoch:
