On Mini's but they might not have been BMX hubs. There were 28 hole 20" rims tho, for sure.
I think Mark Webb is trying out 28 spoke wheels right now. Not sure its a good idea tho, not if you ride as big as he does.

Clint Miller ran 28's for a while whilst on Kuwi circa 83-84 ;)

I've seen a few 28's always thought they were for mini's/expert's
GT and Revcore made 28 hubs :daumenhoch:

If your looking for 1.5's or 1.75's I would think so but there should be a few 1 3/8's about ???

Suzue produced some 28 hole hubs for the DB Turbo Lite, which also came in 36. :daumenhoch:

My team murray 310, has 28 spoke rims. :-)
