Title: Bike ID required, Can you help???
Post by: Bones619 on March 15, 2011, 07:53 AM
Got this as a freebie the other day,

Anyone know what it is?

It is an all alloy frame. (Probably a cheap Halfords Boss or summat but worth asking!)

Yep......it shows all the trappings of a POS I'm afraid. The V brake mounts give it away.

Dunno - you can get some decent mid-school frames with v-brakes......

However - the welded on kickstand mount near the bottom bracket and the pressed dropouts is a dead givaway that it's a POS :(

Nice one Jaymz,

Frame ID'd as a POS Apollo MX20.2 Halfords special.

Not sure what I'm gonna do with it, hardly seems worth wasting any effort on!

Cheers for your help guys!
