What can I do if the guys already paid the cost of the uk delivery charge through paypal ! What can I do ?  :'(

tell him that postage will be more . i get that all the time ie hope you send for uk postage ,cheeky gits

or cancel transaction with ebay and say why, you should get ebay fee's back  :daumenhoch:

I got caught out selling a set of hutch mags on ebay like that.. thoought the postage would be about 25.. which is what i charged .. turned out to be just over £60 at the PO  :buck2:

Seconded - used Parcel2Go for allsorts - lets you pick and choose courier/insurance etc as well  :daumenhoch:
