Hi guys I thought you might all like to see these pictures given to me by Creppie Maes......Creppie played Greg in the movie the one with the radio headphones. As you can see they were all taken on the movie set. They are from Creppie's private collection and allowed me to show you them here :daumenhoch:
I hope you guys like them !!!! most of the bikes were sold for around $50 after the movie was made :'(

Thanks for posting Lee
as always , I'm well happy you keep asking different riders from bitd for their little bits of history :)
Cool as feck 8) 8) 8)

I believe Robert Suarez was one of them. He worked for Everything Bicycles who supplied the bikes and set most of them up during filming.
-
yeah very good,
keep asking for info,
seems quite weird and lost on "normal" people that the house is real and someone lives in it, and all the pics were taken in what are now people back yards.
i plan to go there one day, prob even take a kuwi over there and have a blast round that E.T estate,

quality pics :4_17_5:, just jogged some memories :daumenhoch:
me and my mates used to ride our bikes next to some tennis courts built into a slope over at hollymoor hospital
every single time I jumped off down the bank I would imagine I was doing it in that estate
darren wilson jumped a bit too far though and landed on his unpadded stem, right square on the balls
wonder if they've popped back out yet?
-
I've often wondered why nobody (to my knowledge) has built the other bikes in the film ? Just Elliot's :-\ Would be cool if someone did the full set :coolsmiley:
