a. have no balls, so won't let the auction run incase they don;t get what they hoped for.
b. they are too stupid to put a reserve, and are worried that they will have to pay the fee if it doesn't meet it's reserve.
c. they change their mind....this usually only applies to girls. lol.
d. they get an offer outside of ebay.

I'd like to see a change, where once an item is bid on it cannot be withdrawn, though the seller would then just cancel the bids.

I am sooooooooooooo fokking sick of keyword spamming.
